• Separated room for kids and babysitting exclusively for our clients during lessons and free of charge

• 8 Gympole poles almost 4,5 meters high
• Unique “one-click” system changing the mode from static to spinning
• Smaller room offers complementary lessons: stretching, belly dance, bodyshaping etc.

• Bright and sunny room with 7 Gympole poles 3,6 meters high
• Unique “one-click” system changing the mode from static to spinning
• Room for individual training

Pole Dance and Pole Fitness

Pole Dance combines dance and vertical acrobacy, gymnastics and flexibity training. You will strenghten you muscles, improve your flexibility and also relax in a great company of others after a long working day. You will start with basic walk and spins and after a few months and continue with first inverst (positions with your head upside down).

Levels:

• L1 = Beginners
• L2 = Lower Intermediates
• L3 = Upper Intermediates
• L4 + L5 = Advanced
• Mixed Levels = classes with different clients’ level
• Tricks and combos = advanced tricks combinations
• Advanced tricks and combos = most advanced classes

• Pole dance – 12 lessons each 90 minutes – 3 600 CZK; one lesson – 350 CZK
• Pole dance – 12 lessons each 60 minutes – 2 400 CZK; one lesson – 250 CZK
• Advanced pole dance courses – 12 lessons each 90 minutes – 3 840 CZK; one lesson 350 CZK
• Pole dance Teens and Kids – 12 lessons each 90 minutes – 3 360 CZK; one lesson 280 CZK
• Pre-paid card for 10 lessons each 90 minutes – 3 200 CZK, 5 lessons each 90 minutes 1 700 CZK
• VIP unlimited entrance – 15 000 CZK / 6 months; 25 000 CZK / 12 months

What to wear?

For first lessons you will need T-shirt or top, shorts, socks and leggings. From the third lesson the shorts are necessary. In intermediate classes you will need a sports bra or top. Pole dance clothes are available at our studios
